In this video we describe the importance of words, tone, and body language when we communicate. Body language accounts for 55%, tone is 38%, and words are 7%. Developmentally we are born learning physical communication or by eyesight, we then learn to distinguish tone as we turn into a toddler, and it is not until you are 7 or 8 years of age that you start to grasp the human language.
